We follow all federal, state and local safety regulations, along with our own strict internal policies, to uphold the highest standards on-site. Our employees are our most valuable asset, and we must protect them.
Every team member plays a role in maintaining a safe work environment. From strong supervision and ongoing training to proper equipment and proactive communication, we prioritize practices that prevent injuries and protect our people, clients, property and community.
All employees are held accountable for following our safety program, and everyone is expected to report and address hazards immediately. Our philosophy is that if you see it, you own it. Together, we work toward one shared goal: zero incidents, zero compromise.
PCE participates in third-party safety platforms to ensure transparency and compliance with client and industry requirements.
